Ian ‘Shark’ Gordon, is an internationally re-known shark behaviourist and shark conservationist. His knowledge and expertise on sharks has led to him to be featured in several TV shows on sharks seen on Animal Planet and the Discovery Channel.
‘Shark’ Gordon been involved with electrical shark deterrents since their inception in the early 1990’s. The original manufacturers of “Shark POD” (the KwaZulu Natal Sharks Board of South Africa) sought his input to trial the new technology with a number of species of sharks including. the Great White Sharks off South Australia.
